The finely balanced blend of cinnamon, ginger, anise, fennel, allspice and cloves conjures up the spirit of Christmas in your favorite winter treats. Use the fine spice mixture in punch, cookies, doughnuts, fruit cakes or mulled wine. Also excellent for refining yoghurt, fruit salads and juices. Our tip: For one litre of mulled wine approx. Add half a teaspoon of winter spices; if desired, add orange and apple slices for a fruity note.
