Alterosac

SCOP Alterosac, based in Haute-Savoie, was created in early 2016 by a young entrepreneur who wanted to offer a sustainable alternative to disposable packaging offered to take away products sold without packaging.
Alterosac bags meet the need to limit the amount of packaging waste generated by our purchases. Their use is part of a responsible mode of consumption and their production is carried out with respect for the environment.

Since the beginning of 2017, Alterosac has diversified its product offer in order to offer a wide range of reusable textile articles, always in a process of reducing waste. Currently, Alterosac offers a wide range of products, as much for shopping, for the kitchen or for the bathroom.

To make these different products, thirteen employees are now active in our workshop, to develop the products from the project to the shipment!

Since the end of 2018, to cope with the rapid growth of the company, several major changes have occurred. The company is transformed into a SCOP, we move to a new workshop-boutique in Annemasse, and start partnerships with an integration workshop and an ESAT which are responsible for making the largest series of our flagship products!

At the start of the 2021 school year, the clothing workshop is moving to the industrial zone of Boëge, while the store is expanding to its new premises on rue du Château Rouge in Annemasse, to become the Alterovrac bulk and zero waste store!
