Fermented white wine we make this wine created from a must squeezed from our vineyard located in Samaniego, the must is we put in new American oak barrels and remove the lees daily until all the sugar has been transformed into alcohol in a period of 2 months. Harvest: 2021. Variety: 100% Viura. Alcohol content: 13.5% VOL.
