At Amaïs & Co, we mainly use sage for its protective and purifying virtues, Himalayan salt to absorb negative energies, and crystals according to their virtues in lithotherapy. All you have to do is place them in a place you want to sanctuary and protect. It can be a child's room, your office, living room...etc. Our spell jars are not sealed to allow you to place intentions or prayers in them yourself. To seal it after having put your intentions there, you will need to run hot candle wax over the corks.
