Organic Olio d'Oliva al Rosmarino

Organic olive oil from our own production in southern Italy, Calabria. The olive oil is vintage and varietal. We only use the Dolce di Rossano variety. At every stage of production, we ensure that the olives are processed particularly gently. For example, a maximum of 8 hours elapse between harvest and processing. This effort and attention is rewarded with a very low acidity in the end product.
