Wild mountain thyme, weight 18g. Our thyme is a wild variety from the Plateau "Sila" of Calabria. This is laboriously handcrafted in the summer Forests collected in the Sila and subsequently at an altitude of 800-1,200 meters dried. A comparable thyme is difficult to obtain. The smell and taste are unusually intense. Thyme is excellent for seasoning fish and meat dishes and giving them a special touch.
