Pesto made with dried tomatoes, walnuts, grana padano, dried ricotta and basil with our extra virgin olive oil. When it comes to Pesto di Pomodori, only Italian products of the highest quality are carefully processed. A secret of the unmistakable taste lies in the combination of different types of cheese. In addition to Grana Padano, which has matured for at least 18 months, a dried ricotta is processed. This ricotta is handmade by a farmer friend of mine in the high mountains of Calabria and goes perfectly with the tart taste of the walnuts. AMODEO's extra virgin olive oil is also used in this product. The tomato pesto is versatile. It can be used as a spread on rustic bread, but due to its flavor complexity it also goes wonderfully with grilled beef fillet. 100% Italian ingredients!
