Amour d'ail is first and foremost an original sauce made in the traditional way in Ariège by Jacques Héliot, artisan sauce maker, based on local ingredients. Amour d'ail is used in different ways: mainly in salads, but also as an aperitif or with hot dishes, especially for deglazing white meats.
It is the perfect gourmet companion to enhance the daily life of lovers of the Ariège brand which comes in 3 references: Amour d'ail ORIGINAL, Amour d'ail AIL GARLIC and Amour d'ail TOMATE, always made from garlic but with different flavor variations.
The brand is now mainly distributed in the Occitanie region by more than 80 distributors, delicatessens, butchers, as well as at markets and events such as the agricultural show with a loyal clientele. It was rewarded by the gastronomic guide Bottin Gourmand in 2019.
