Amour Natural’s pure green clay is clay, super fine and ultra-ventilated. It is naturally sun dried and crushed, and cosmetic grade. The raw material is certified by COSMOS and ECOCERT. Green clay is for oily / combination skin. Clays help cleanse the skin by drawing out impurities and absorbing excess oils. They also encourage a healthy skin circulation and are rich in minerals that are important for healthy looking skin. Clay is most commonly used for facemasks, body masks and mineral baths to help ease stress. Clay can also be used in poultices to sooth sore muscles and skin irritations. Simple face mask recipe: combine 2 tsp of clay with 1-2 drops of essential oi and a dash of water, flower water or oil. Mix with a wooden spatula until smooth. Apply to a cleanse face, relax as it dries and then wash off with warm water. Precautions: Patch test before use. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. If it gets into eyes, wash out with warm water.
