The box set consists of Ceremonial Matcha (30g), our highest quality organic Japanese matcha tea that has no bitterness, and our traditional short "chasen" bamboo whisk, an essential accessory for preparing matcha tea in seconds. 🌱USE AND MAINTENANCE Preparing matcha with our matcha set is very simple, suitable for beginners and amateurs alike: • Pour a level teaspoon of ceremonial matcha tea powder into a bowl. •Add a little room temperature or hot water (between 60 and 75°C). •Whisk vigorously with the bamboo whisk, making an M-shaped movement until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and a nice foam. The whisk should just graze the sides and bottom of the bowl, without actually crashing against them. About twenty seconds is enough. It’s ready, enjoy! In Japan, in the tea ceremony, matcha is drunk like this: quite concentrated and in only 3 sips. •If you want to drink it in another way: then complete the mixture with water for a less full-bodied version or with the milk of your choice (hot or cold, as you wish) for a matcha latte version.
