The artisanal jam maker André Guépratte was created in 1986 in St Hilaire du Harcouët not far from the bay of Mont St Michel. Our workshop cooks a whole range of jams, fruit coulis and other fruit-based specialties in an artisanal way. All our recipes are cooked from selected fruits and we work in small quantities in order to preserve the taste of each fruit as much as possible.
