The blueberry extra jam 75% is our flagship product. It's the first product we created. We used those little wild blueberries that you can see and feel with every bite. Blueberry Extra Jam 75% has the intense color of blueberry, is full of antioxidants and full of flavours. Our blueberry compote is perfect for spreading a slice of bread, filling brioches and filling desserts. Extra jam obtained by mixing blueberries, brown sugar and lemon juice, brought to the appropriate consistency by means of the concentration. Ingredients: wild blueberry, cane sugar, Sorrento IGP lemon juice.
