It was in 2016 that the adventure began for Stéphanie and Guillaume with the takeover of a former confectionery. Objective: to perpetuate the know-how of a Master Craftsman in their manufacturing workshop in Salernes in the Var. This is the birth of the Angèle brand, a quality artisanal and family production, certified organic, in Provence.
Our products, savory and sweet biscuits, calissons, nougats, almond paste, aperitif mixes, are a true Provençal taste journey. We rigorously select our ingredients to create delicacies that have unique taste and texture... You will remember our calisson made from apricots, candied by us!
Our workshop also sublimates almonds, honey, aromatic herbs, in old and authentic recipes to delight the taste buds of the finest gourmets who love beauty, goodness, and organic products made in Provence.
