Almond and spelled croquet

Almond croquets are a specialty of Provence. Our small spelled croquets respect tradition, but we have replaced the wheat flour with small spelled flour, which is very tasty and low in gluten. Like all our productions, we do not skimp on the quantities used and our almonds are sorted one by one by hand. Real artisanal confection sliced by hand, slow cooking for 2 hours in the oven for an authentic and qualitative product.
