Our history : It was in 2016 that the adventure began for Stéphanie and Guillaume with the takeover of an old confectionery. Objective: to perpetuate the know-how of a Master Craftsman in their manufacturing workshop in Salernes in the Var. This is the birth of the Angèle brand, a quality artisanal and family production, certified organic, in Provence. Our products, savory and sweet biscuits, calissons, nougats, marzipan, aperitif mixes, are a true Provençal taste journey.
