We waited a long time before deciding what our Pinot Grigio should become. 
We have chosen a maceration on the skins to extract a wonderful orange color and all the character that the Pinot Grigio of our land can give, thus creating an elegant, gastronomic, extremely pleasant and balanced wine.       The vintage typewriter on the label tells us that thanks to this wine, we have written a new "page" in our history.
