The high quality of our ancient vineyard had to be valorised to the maximum: this is how our pure Merlot was born, which contains the wisdom of its long history.       The Dragonfly with two different wings represents our biological and sustainable soul, together with our vision of modernity; it is also the symbol of rebirth, ours.
 Pale, clear and brilliant color tending towards garnet; complex bouquet of red fruits, spices and aromatic herbs on the nose; fresh, long and persistent in the mouth, excellent acidity which balances the soft tannin and invites drinking. 
Elegant, subtle and balanced. 
Suitable for drinking on any occasion, and easy to pair with food. Half the wine ages for 6 months in 500 liter French oak barrels, then the blending takes place
