The wine that brought us into this world with fireworks and which today is loved and desired by everyone.” -Charme lungo method rosé sparkling wine, from 100% merlot grapes from ancient vineyards from 1957; unique wine that only we have produced since 2015 - Manual harvest, selection of bunches on the vine and small production to maintain a very high quality - Thin, elegant and creamy bubbles, persistent and intense flavor typical of sparkling wines produced with red grapes; perfect balance between acidity and residual sugar. -Perfect as an aperitif, but also throughout the meal with cured meats, meats, cheeses and tasty fish, fried foods and sushi. -We add only the quantity of sulphites necessary to keep the wine identical even after transport, but nothing more. -The 2023 vintage will be in black bottles, rather than transparent as until the 2022 vintage.
