Piperade Basquaise - catering format - 3/1 canister

Basque piperade is a traditional dish from the Basque Country, both tasty and easy to prepare. This specialty is made from a mixture of onions, peppers, tomatoes and Espelette pepper, all cooked in olive oil. The piperade can be served on its own or accompanied by meat, fish or eggs. We recommend it as an accompaniment to a nice slice of Saint-Jean de Luz tuna, or a few slices of Bayonne ham.
