HO LINE.KING.CA. 100% Sicilian plum jam, grown in the Trapani hills, free of preservatives and thickeners. Our Sicilian plum jam, also known as plums, is prepared following the classic recipe that our grandparents handed down to us: pulp, sugar and zest.       1. Processing: The red plums are harvested by hand and processed within a few hours of harvesting. After being washed, they are peeled and cut in half. Subsequently the pulp is cooked in a pan with the addition of sugar. 2. Net weight: 500 grams 3. Storage times and methods: 24 months from the date of production.       4. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Ingredients: Plums (pulp, peel) (69.2%), Sugar (24.2%), Lemon Juice (0.5%). Pairings: cakes, toasted bread, rusks, rice cakes.
