Pistachio pesto 500g

A fantastic recipe that preserves the bright green color of the pistachio as well as a very concentrated consistency and flavor suitable for both catering and private individuals. 

Our pistachio pesto, with its characteristic flavour, is excellent on bruschetta, leavened products (baguettes, focaccias...), as a dip on meat and especially with first courses. Pistachio pesto is in fact widely used to enrich first courses, whether it is pasta, gnocchi or risotto, it is able to give an extra touch to all first courses.
