Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and handcrafted, characterized by their voluminous shape on the plate, and for their wonderful flavor given by both the Porcini mushroom and the germ. They are ideal with sausage, or even simply with butter and cheese. They can be mixed with Straccetti with wheat germ, having the same cooking minutes (5/6 minutes), for a more colorful and flavorful dish!
