The company was founded in 2014 by Antoni Łakomiak, a world renowned caviar expert, the Polish family company Antonius Caviar is now recognized by and appreciated by many chefs of the best restaurants.
Each stage of breeding, selection and production of caviar is meticulously taken care of. Thanks to the care given to every detail, they guarantee the continuity of the high quality of the final product.
Antonius offers the best quality of fresh unpasteurized caviar. The latter is obtained and prepared using traditional methods that have been used for centuries. It is a caviar with a unique and exceptional taste resulting from excellent sturgeon farming conditions, the crystal clear waters of Warmia and maximum attention to the quality of its eggs. Even though the company has only been around for 5 years, they have been breeding sturgeon for almost 25 years.
