Antonius Albino Caviar

The albino caviar comes from a female of about 8 years old, resulting from a cross between the two most prestigious species of sturgeon. With fine, firm kernels that roll off the tongue, the Albino is very delicate. Notes of slightly iodized butter emerge from the first bite.
