Extra Virgin Olive Oil early harvest of the Hojiblanca variety Intense Fruity and tall green olive. Very complex on the nose, with a pleasant aroma of olive leaf, tomato, alloza and reminiscences of green fig as a secondary aroma. This Hojiblanca monovarietal has a smooth and clean mouthfeel, very elegant bitterness and itching with a certain pleasant persistence on the palate with hints of bitter almond. As the most characteristic note, the peak of chilli typical of the green Hojiblancas that appears after the tasting stands out.
