Presentation: this sweet and creamy garrigue honey delivers gourmet and warm aromas of candied fruit and apricot. The Garrigue is the Provençal heath that grows on limestone soil. This honey therefore brings together a bouquet of different flowers that the bees have gathered in the North of Vaucluse around my apiary in Bollène. This sweet honey is a nice compromise in terms of taste that pleases everyone without being too sweet, or too intense, while still having its own little character. Its 125g format allows you to offer or treat yourself to an extension of memories of South on a toast or as an accompaniment to aperitif platters.
