Garrigue honey - 250g

This sweet and thick garrigue honey delivers gourmet and warm aromas of candied fruit and apricot. It is a honey that retraces the journey of the foragers of my Vaucluse apiary during the 2022 season. It is a clever blend of spring honey made up of oak honeydew, but also a summer lavender honey. A set of other flowers from the Provençal scrubland complete this terroir, such as pistachio, thyme and maple. This honey, due to its glucose content, will end up crystallizing naturally in winter. It is possible to make it liquid again by heating the jar of honey in a bain-marie without exceeding 42°C to preserve the properties of honey.
