These lavender honey lozenges from my production contain 25% honey, which gives them this beautiful honeyed and slightly tangy aroma on the finish. These lavender honey lozenges are sweet candies made in France - to order - with honey from my lavender production whose apiaries are based in Bollène in the Vaucluse.
