MUSTARD WITH MUSHROOMS

Handcrafted in our workshops in Périgord, this mustard is made from 100% French seeds. Discover porcini mustard, an exquisite fusion between the aromatic power of porcini mushrooms and the spiciness of mustard. Half of the supply of our mustard seeds comes from Alsace, the other half comes from local and organic production in Périgord. A partnership with committed farmers, located just a few kilometers from our manufacturing workshop. We are working on the development of the local sector, to promote agriculture and short circuits.
