🍏 Instead of removing the alcohol after the fermentation process, we don't let it develop in the first place! That means the apples are not fermented. Instead, we carefully bubble the fresh apple juice directly with carbon dioxide and combine it in the bottle with exciting extracts and essences.
🍎 The result: a full-bodied, sparkling homage to Prosecco, Crémant & Co. and a real alcohol-free alternative for all connoisseurs who don't want a hangover!

For generations, the Neuhollandshof on the Lower Rhine has been a place of inspiration, the home of our family and Demeter apples - here we work on new apple varieties, devote ourselves to biodynamic cultivation with a lot of passion and develop our farm products under the Clostermann Organics brand. The idea of the Appléritif was also born here! Every day in this wonderful place we motivate ourselves to treat our environment responsibly - and of course to ensure the perfect taste in the glass.
