Sardine smoked in olive oil

Smoked sardines in olive oil. Canned blue fish. This is an Atlantic sardine with 12/14 pieces per can, packed by hand. The subtle smoky flavor comes from the olive oil that, after a year of maturation, this aroma is perfectly integrated until it reaches an exquisite balance. It is the first edition of a collaboration that we will do periodically with the EASD Pablo Picasso of A Coruña, through which we choose emerging Galician artists for the design of our packaging. On this occasion, the chosen artist was Paula Grangel.
