Ara Chocolat, founded by a Venezuelan couple, Andrés and Sabrina, is a Parisian chocolate factory and one of the pioneering bean-to-bar chocolate roasters (making chocolate from bean to bar) in France.
We work from cocoa beans chosen and purchased directly by our master chocolatier, Andrés, from small producers and producer cooperatives in different Latin American countries.
We take you on a journey with chocolate, showing you the differences from one cocoa variety to another and the importance of preserving native and ancestral cocoa varieties.
