" A history, a know-how: Created in 1986. The Ararat delicatessen opens its doors in the “SODIM” Shopping Center in Marseille. Its main activity is “artisanal roasting of dried fruits”. Will remain open until 2006. At this time Gérard Bensoussan, until now employed, decided to take over the brand and open a store in his image. He continues to specialize in artisanal roasting of dried fruits. The company now sees itself growing as a family and Gérard in turn shares his know-how with his children, who wish to develop their father's know-how with selected retailers."
