We are a young company, formed in 2006 although we have always been linked to livestock, that fact and our passion for this sector led to the birth of the company and we began in the world of cheese.
Our goal has always been to make a cheese in an artisanal way, following a production process rooted in rural areas from raw milk from the sheep on our farm.
We are in Legasa, Bertizarana Valley, (Navarra), next to the ""Señorío de Bertiz"" Natural Park, a natural enclave of 2,052 hectares, where we find a forest with a high degree of naturalness, its good state of conservation makes it a forest with a high ecological value, making it one of the most important in Navarra.
