After creating the “Brasserie Clémence” in 2019, I am this time embarking on a new story by creating arranged rums. This new brand will bear the name of our son Eden and it results in the official launch for 2021 of the “Maison Eden” Rum Distillery. Brasserie Clémence, named after our daughter. For the record, the mascot of the Brasserie is a Koala, a nod to my daughter's cuddly toy, in the same vein and to continue telling the story, the Rhumerie will have as its mascot a monkey, our son Eden's cuddly toy.
I invite you to discover, through different arrangements, subtle tastes of fruits, spices and various ingredients that enhance a Martinique Rum as well as a Mauritian Rum. In fact, when making the arranged rum, I opted for very good rum made only from pure cane. Thus, the meticulous care taken in searching for the best fruits and spices combined with a quality rum, allows us to obtain a finished product that will satisfy the most demanding customers.
The “Maison Eden” rum distillery has chosen to filter the fruits, in order to allow better conservation over time of our arranged rums. A choice that we make on our 50cl packaging. Only fruit proteins are not removed because they are necessary to express the best of the rum. So, it is customary to mix the bottle well before serving the glasses to your friends!
