Arriaca is a craft brewery located in the town of Yunquera de Henares (province of Guadalajara), less than an hour from Madrid and at the gates of the Sierra Norte de Guadalajara, which allows it to make its products with water from the Sorbe River, high quality for brewing production. It is one of the reference craft beers in Spain. It was the first microbrewery to bet on canned craft beer and the first in Europe to use tangential filtering in some of its beer varieties. It currently has 9 styles in its usual catalogue, to which must be added other seasonal references or those designed for special events. Among its philosophy is the dissemination of beer culture and the commitment to quality beer but within everyone's reach. Arriaca has received more than 35 national and international awards during its history, both for its beers and for its project as a brewing company. Its factory has the IFS Food quality certificate.
