The legend is a story of love, jealousy and revenge that dates back to around one thousand, during the domination of the Moors in Sicily, and is set in the ancient Kalsa district of Palermo, where there lived a beautiful girl who fascinated a Moor so much that he wanted to show her , his uncontrollable love, but he carried with him a great secret: shortly thereafter he planned to return to the East where a wife and children awaited him.Wounded in pride and betrayed by what he believed to be his great love, he planned the her revenge, and during one night, she killed him and cut off his head so that her beloved would stay with her forever.
