The story of Artiga, an iconic brand of French-made home linens, begins well before its official creation. In the 1960s, in the markets of the Southwest, Christine Brocas, passionate about textiles, made and sold her creations herself. His talent and the quality of his work quickly attracted attention, leading to a decisive encounter: Les 3 Suisses, a major mail-order company, placed a large order with him.
To meet this demand, Christine opened her first textile workshop in 1969 in Magescq, at 5 rue Brémontier. This place quickly became a symbol of French manufacturing, where each piece is designed, woven and sewn with a unique attention to detail. Craftsmanship, a commitment to fine materials and local production are the key elements of this adventure.
Today, where it is noteworthy to produce in France, we are proud to actively participate in preserving jobs and local French know-how.
