Stuffed Eggplants - 270 g An original product and a great specialty of the Levantine countries, “Makdous” represents small eggplants stuffed with nuts, chili pepper and garlic. Prepared in autumn and preserved in oil, these eggplants can be eaten all year round. Goes well with your hummus, labné or with fresh bread. Eat as an aperitif, as a starter with feta or mozzarella or as a main course with rice, bulgur or white meat.
