Thick brown bulgur from Lebanon, 500g

Derived from wheat, bulgur is very present in Middle Eastern cuisine. Reminiscent of the taste of hazelnut, this cereal is ideal for exotic dishes such as tabbouleh, mezze or dumplings. It is also used for more traditional dishes and can, for example, replace rice. We will use it to make risottos, minces and even gratins!
