925 Sterling Silver Replica Viking Age Repton Thor's Hammer

The Repton Hammer, so called because it was found at Repton, was found buried with its owner. Archaeologist think that the owner was probably part of the Great Heathen army who camped there over the winter of 874, having already conquered Northumbria and Mercia. It was found hung around it's owners neck, complete with two glass beads. This hammer is cast in 925 Sterling Silver and assayed in Birmingham. It is then hand finished and polished by us in Scotland. It is supplied with a length of black leather cord, and comes in a gift box with a description on the reverse.
