Atelier Bakela is an institution in Concarneau! It must be said that for almost three decades, exceptional and fine coffees have been roasted there using traditional methods. Since February 2022, Julia & Florent have been welcoming you to the roastery.
After a lot of training and an investment in a new roaster, they obtained the title of "best regional espresso" 2 months after its installation and 6 months later the silver medal for "best espresso in France". And that's just the beginning.
The coffees are roasted as needed directly in the shop. A systematic quality control is carried out on green coffee as well as once roasted. Some coffees are organic or coffees that support projects at the origin.
