Unique in their shape and patterns, bricelets are thin crispy wafers entirely shaped by hand then cooked one by one in a “bricelet iron”.
Since 2020, L’atelier de Géraldine has put all its pastry “savoir-faire” and its spirit of modernity to perpetuate this forgotten tradition, and in turn leave a mark in the hearts of gourmands… young and old.
