Almond Bricelet is a sweet biscuit.  Don't touch it under penalty of fines.  Top !                                        I have the intense taste of a well-buttered financier just out of the oven but much crispier.  With my roasted almond slivers, the gourmands.e.s recall their delicious memories of beggars, Provencal crunchies or even nougats.  Certain.e.s sometimes compare me to the frangipane of the galette des rois, except that I have not hidden any beans.  I am, I am… the almond bricelet of course!
