We harvest our salt in the Camargue at Aigues Mortes in the south of France. Our salt is an untreated product, without anti-caking agents and usable in Organic Farming. Atelier du Sel Camargue naturally flavors our range of salt and fleur de sel. Flavored salt "Le Gardian" is a novelty from the workshop.. Coriander, Oregano and onions.. Gardian Salt is a clever blend of spices that will add flavor to your fish, your white meats, your starters and your vegetables.
