Fruits, flowers, plants, water… and you!

The brand “Atelier du Sirop”, created by Loïc Dubuc, was born in 2019 in the heart of the Thau basin, in Mèze, near Montpellier, in Occitanie.

With a strong professional background in the agri-food sector, Loïc wanted to start a family business and return to the roots of craftsmanship. He thus receives the qualification of Artisan Syrup Maker. Cassandre, his partner, follows him in this adventure and manages the logistics and commercial side.

As a family, they produce and develop a complete and evolving range of around forty flavors with a predominance of Fruits, Flowers, Plants and Spices.

It is this careful selection, combined with artisanal techniques that prioritize flavor and taste, that has allowed us to win several medals at the Hérault Gourmand competition:

2023/2024: 🥇 Gold – thyme syrup and 🥉 Bronze – basil syrup

2025/2026: 🥇 Gold – raspberry syrup and 🥈 Silver – violet syrup
