Since 2025, the Atelier has been making delicious, handcrafted and creative jams, exclusively using fruits from our French agricultural regions.
With passion, we develop creative recipes that harmoniously blend fruits, spices and aromatic herbs. Jams with varied aromatic notes, which encourage the (re)discovery of taste, like an invitation to escape, to share.
Our jams, rich in fruit and low in sugar, are handcrafted in our workshop in Lyon. Hand-processing of fruit, cooking in a copper cauldron, etc. Expertise and product knowledge at the service of taste, as a guarantee of quality.
Upstream, our fruits and other ingredients are rigorously selected, as a mark of our commitment to promoting local and sustainable agriculture, supporting our producers, and even fighting against food waste.
