Jean Marie Fontaine has been a chef for over 40 years.
He cut his teeth in very beautiful houses, then he settled with his wife Sylvie in Sillé le Guillaume.
They acquired the Hotel restaurant Le Bretagne and built a very good reputation in the region for 19 years.To satisfy the greater demand of their customers and their creative spirit, the couple decided in 2005 to create a brand of local products, homemade: the JEANTAINE brand was born.
In 2015 the sale of the restaurant, the creation of the laboratory where it makes jams, terrines and of course the famous Sarthoise rillettes, then comes the ready meals, sauces and many others.
