Green Olivade with Almonds 200G

What is an Olivade? Well we could simplify by saying that it is a flavored tapenade. Starting from our recipe, we added almonds. A dried fruit which, when roasted, will bring a completely original taste to our tapenade. The opportunity for us to pay tribute to Maison Jonquier. Indeed in my family we have been confectioners for 6 generations and if I have always been delighted to bathe in sugar, my Provençal side has always attracted me a little towards salty. Thanks to this olivade I pay homage to what I have received.
