Our secret lies at the doorstep of our workshop at the foot of the Pyrenees 🏔 in Pau: ingredients carefully produced by our local partners: flour, eggs, chili peppers, oil, cheese, black garlic, beer vinegar, etc. The beginning of a good biscuit 🍪....
