Our secret lies at the doors of our workshop at the foot of the Pyrenees 🏔 in Pau: ingredients carefully produced by our local partners: flour, eggs, chili, oil, cheese,
black garlic, beer vinegar etc. The beginning of a good biscuit 🍪....
